Jesus is the master of the soul- Volume 7

Luisa- Continuing in my usual state, I found myself outside of myself together with baby Jesus. This time it seemed He
felt like playing. He would press Himself against my breast and in my arms, and while looking at me with great love, now
He would clasp me, now He would push me and almost knock against me with His little head, now He would kiss me so
strongly that it seemed He wanted to enclose me and identify me with Himself. While He would do this, I would feel great
pain – so much so, as to feel faint. But even though He would see me suffer like that He would not pay attention to me; on
the contrary, if He would see from my face that I was suffering, since I would not dare to tell Him anything, He would do
it harder, and would make me suffer more.

Jesus- “My daughter, I am your
master, and I can do with you whatever I want. Know that, since you are mine, you are no longer the master of yourself;
and if you arbitrate something, even just one thought, one desire, one heartbeat, know that you are making a theft from
Me.”

Scripture Meditation- 16 Truly, truly, I say to you, a servant is not greater than his master; nor is he who is sent greater than he who sent him. (John 13:16).

Prayer Reflection- O Lord we love You, we bless You and we adore You because in this Volume 7 reading You appear to Luisa as a baby, but not at rest, but quite active knocking against her and really kind of beating her up. You wanted Luisa to identify with Your Pains. And You tell her that You are her Master who can do whatever He wants. This all seems quite strange and harsh but we remember first that Luisa. in her free will,was in the state of victim soul, not our usual state, and that indeed You are the Master of our souls as well. You want not just part of us but all of us! In the book of Job, this poor man after losing everything cries out “And he said, “Naked I came from my mother’s womb, and naked shall I return; the Lord gave, and the Lord has taken away; blessed be the name of the Lord.” (Job 1:21). He also says “shall we receive good from God and not evil?” (Job 2:10). We all have suffering that You permit and it can be difficult to understand and we can feel like Luisa that You are not paying attention to how much it hurts. And yet 28 We know that in everything God works for good with those who love him, who are called according to his purpose. (Romans 8:28) and that You are indeed the God that washes our feet (John 13) while explaining that You are indeed the Master who loves us to folly so let us not be afraid to be totally Yours! Blessed Mother teach us how to do whatever He tells us (John 2).
