Jesus, Ruler of kings and Lord of lords- Volume 6

Luisa- Continuing in my usual state, blessed Jesus came for just a little, in the act of ruling and dominating everything,
and of reigning with the crown of King on His head and with the scepter of command in His hand. While I was seeing
Him in this position, He told me (though in Latin, but I will say it according to what I understood):

Jesus- “My daughter, I am
the Ruler of kings and the Lord of lords. To Me alone is this right of justice due, which the creature owes Me; and by not
giving it to me, she denies Me as Creator and Master of everything.”

Luisa- While saying this, He seemed to take the world in
His hand and turn it upside down, so that creatures would submit to His regime and dominion. At the same time I could
also see how the Lord ruled and dominated my soul, with such mastery that I felt all submerged in Him. From Him came
the regime of my mind, of my affections, of my desires; many electric wires passed between me and Him, through which
He directed and dominated everything.

Scripture Meditation- 11 But as for you, man of God, shun all this; aim at righteousness, godliness, faith, love, steadfastness, gentleness. 12 Fight the good fight of the faith; take hold of the eternal life to which you were called when you made the good confession in the presence of many witnesses. 13 In the presence of God who gives life to all things, and of Christ Jesus who in his testimony before Pontius Pilate made the good confession, 14 I charge you to keep the commandment unstained and free from reproach until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ; 15 and this will be made manifest at the proper time by the blessed and only Sovereign, the King of kings and Lord of lords, 16 who alone has immortality and dwells in unapproachable light, whom no man has ever seen or can see. To him be honor and eternal dominion. Amen. (1 Timothy 6:11-15).

Prayer Reflection- O Lord we bless You, we thank You, we adore You and we love You because You are the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. How often we forget about Your total sovereignty and Your absolute right of justice to rule over every aspect of our lives. Let us examine ourselves, is there anything we are holding back from Your Lordship- please show us Lord so we can eliminate it with Your Grace. It is scary to think of You directing and dominating everything. However, how soon we forget that You are the King who wore a crown of thorns for us to win our hearts, who bled and died for us. Who so longs to direct our steps in love- making sure we don’t stumble though we may fall because You hold us by the hand (Psalm 37). So let us make a good confession and fight the good fight of faith because to You belong honor and eternal dominion! Fiat!
